CFH, print and mail powerhouse

The unique Docmail online print and mail service is delivering impressive returns for CFH Total Document Management thanks in part to our advice and support.

We helped CFH, the south-west’s leading print and mail group, to launch Docmail in 2008 to its core market of SMEs. We provided a comprehensive programme of market research, brand development, marketing advice and PR.

This included work to build the profile of Docmail through affinity programmes with membership organisations and national PR. We secured national coverage for Docmail in online and print media like the Daily Mail and Daily Express as well as generating large number of new business leads.

Our relationship with CFH dates back to 2005. Early on, we  helped reposition the business with a new corporate brochure and website, provided marketing support to the 30th anniversary programme of events and executed a PR campaign and 10th anniversary event to promote the CFH Toptree environmental scheme in association with the Woodland Trust.

As CFH has expanded its sales and marketing resource, we have focused more on providing fresh thinking and specialist PR support. We are an extension of CFH’s in-house team.
