Unlike most people, I actually enjoy cold calling! I have been in telemarketing and training for the past 20 years, during which I have developed a very effective method for getting results on the telephone. Nothing really fazes me now – when people say “no” it just makes me more determined on the next call.
I also really enjoy training people in how to use the phone. I have worked for the first, largest, award-winning telemarketing agency in Europe, selling everything from cow shoes to software and finance.
Away from work I enjoy swimming, the ballet, reading, going for long walks with my two dogs, spending time with my family and a good detective drama.
